我也瞬間失去了最重要的收入來源～😞\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e我試著努力穩住陣腳，問問自己能做什麼？從找租借空間持續教學、聯絡自己熟悉的學生，到思考如何可以被學生找到，同時開臨時公益課來平復自己的情緒與心情，並思考接下來怎麼走～💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e很幸運的慢慢站穩了腳步，雖然不像以前那麼忙碌和多課，但是也找到自己重新出發的腳步 更感謝一路相挺的學生們和給予我教學舞台的教室～🙏🙏🙏\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e由於臨時公益課很受到歡迎，而且全數捐出的課費累積起來也頗為可觀，於是便萌生了將公益課持續開設的想法，希望可以捐出更多的課費去幫助需要被幫助的人，就像自己在最需要的時候得到許多的幫助一樣。很開心自己有能力用自己最愛的寰宇瑜伽和教學專業，回饋這個培育和滋養我的土地，也非常非常感謝agoyTW 之後在生命最低潮的時候重新拾起，透過持續的練習～💪🏻 讓我建立了穩定自己心智和情緒的能力。\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e在2015年重拾瑜伽的學習和練習後，剛開始我只是囫圇吞棗的開始參與各種類型的瑜伽課程，好似一個從來沒吃飽過的人，終於品嘗到食物的美味和稍稍開始有了生命的滿足感～😋 瑜伽的練習穩定了我的情緒、沉澱了我的思緒，我開始慢慢有能力，從每日的瑜伽練習和瑜伽的閱讀，開始找到適合我自己的練習方式和累積瑜伽的知識與涵養，也逐漸透過自我鍛鍊的過程，累積自己的生命能量和力量。在生活中，我能更加深入的思考～❤️🙏\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e在瑜伽的學習之路，遇到了恩師Fly Huang，他指導我如何安全不受傷的練習瑜伽和身體整合能力的可塑性和重要性～🙏
